To support vendors and auditors working within the CQM system, TruCert provides the CQM AP Tools.

CQM AP Tools is a macro enabled Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that simplifies working with the CQM Assessment Plan.

Without a password it provides the following functions:

• Importing data from a previous version of the CQMAP
• Showing and hiding product sheets based on the configuration in the "Audit Scope" worksheet of the CQMAP
• Automatic height adjustment of the cells in the QMS and product worksheets, and in the CAP worksheet

Additional functionality is available to auditors through a password protected button "Enable Advanced Functionality". This additional functionality is not available to vendors.

This is a simple tool that does neither look great, nor claims to be perfect, but it might save some time, and will grow with the feedback received.
