1. Enter expected Service Life in years - Ac
2. Enter Number of Uses per day - Uc
3. Enter maximum storage temperature - T_max	°C
3. Select the Test Scenario (the Scope of the Evaluation)
4. Check each of the Technologies present on the card:	Graphical Perso Layer Magnetic Stripe ICC with Contact Interface PICC or VICC Interface Dual Interface Optical Memory Embossing ICM exposed on the surface
